It’s that simple to use. A baffle inside the sandbag keeps it low profile and ensures the weight is evenly distributed, while internal boards provide rigidity and reinforcement. A centerline break allows the sandbag to curve and form to your body making it more ergonomic and comfortable throughout even the toughest workouts.
