Shipping & Handling

We offer a variety of methods for shipping your orders from SCI-2-WAY. We ship from our warehouse normally within 2 days for stock items, dropship warehouse normally within 3 days ARO, and if back-ordered, drop shipping from the manufacturer up to 6-8 weeks is common.

Flat Rate $20 (excluding freight items and heavy or oversized packages) - 3 to 8 business days

3-Day- 3 business days - $35.00 per piece*

2-Day- 2 business days - $75.00 per piece*

Next Day is only offered for items in stock at the Dothan location (would require a quote and confirmation from a sales associate, call 334-792-5054)

Business days include Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.

  • International shipping information  - UPS | FedEx

Shipping Carriers

SCI-2-WAY partners with UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Services (USPS) to ship your packages. Domestic Ground shipping orders are shipped by UPS, FedEx, or FedEx SmartPost; Domestic Expedited shipping orders are shipped by FedEx; and all International orders (Ground or Expedited) are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that will confirm which carrier was used for your products along with a tracking number for each item.

FedEx SmartPost & UPS Ground Saver processing facilities work in conjunction with the USPS to deliver your package.


Shipping Details

* Most expedited orders will ship out the next business day, which is a processing day and not considered a day in transit. Please call for delivery times.

* SCI-2-WAY will apply a shipping surcharge for freight items...this rate has to be quoted and the quote is normally good for 2 weeks 

* Some larger oversized items cannot ship any other way besides LTL, you will need a forklift or loading dock to take delivery, or if a local customer you will need to come pick the items up.

SCI-2-WAY is committed to keeping our core products, either in stock or at the warehouse. If we do not have your products in stock at the time you place your order, we will have the manufacturer ship the products directly from their warehouse to your doorstep. There may be a minor or major delay on these orders.
