Built with Federal Signal’s exclusive Solaris® LED reflector design for superior light intensity, the CN SignalMaster is available in 4-, 8-, and split 8-head models. All models are suitable for interior and exterior installation. Split 8-head models are synchronized to operate as one unit. These models are ideal for mounting externally on a Dodge® Sprinter, Chevrolet® G-Van, or Ford® Transit and can also be mounted on popular police vehicles. Eye-Catching Patterns In a Variety of Colors The CN SignalMaster can quickly be changed from a warning light to a directional light with Federal Signal’s Spectralux® technology. SpectraLux multicolor LED technology allows for a single LED source to change while in motion. CN SignalMaster is available in color combinations of Amber, Blue, Green, Red, or White. White LED options can be used as takedowns, work lights, or act as an impressive floodlight. Rear-facing models have a built-in SignalMaster to act as a directional light for oncoming traffic. Simple Installation and Programming CN SignalMaster models are equipped with the FS Convergence Network for simple ‘plug-and-play’ installation and programming. Utilizing standard RJ45 connections, the CN SignalMaster can easily be programmed with Federal Signal Convergence Network sirens. A serial interface module with your existing light controller can also be used to program and operate the features and functions of the CN SignalMaster. CN SignalMasters are programmed with (27) built-in flash patterns and can remain in sync with other light head flash patterns or operate independently.

FEATURES Light Control in a Compact Package The Four, Six, and Nine-button Convergence Network programmable controllers are innovative light bar control modules designed specifically for use with Federal Signal’s Convergence Network light bars — Valor, Integrity, Allegiant, Navigator, Legend, and the SpectraLux ILS warning light. The controllers feature illuminated push buttons and a position slide switch (Six-button controller, only). Power Programming for Quick and Easy Flash Pattern and Keypad Configuration Selection The Four, Six, and Nine-button controllers come with a variety of pre-programmed keypad configurations to choose from. The multi-color keypad configuration contains between 1 – 3 flashing modes, producing one of (12) selectable flash patterns. The enhanced functionality of these controllers lets the user take advantage of all the light bar has to offer, including built-in directional signals. Additional light bar functions include front and rear cutoff, takedown and alley lights, front and rear flood, work lights, and low power mode. Simplified Installation with Convergence Network Federal Signal’s Convergence Network is a PC software that allows the configuration of Federal Signal products. The Convergence Network’s plug-n-play cable connection system makes installation of the Four, Six, and Nine-button programmable controller simple and easy.

Advanced lens and a unique arrangement of LEDs generate a uniform flood and spot combination of light patterns. This scene light has three rows of LEDs. The top and bottom rows are flood LEDs designed to light up the work area. The middle row of focused spot LEDs provides long distance illumination. Unique lens design illuminates area directly below lamp head. Surface Mount The Commander Series is available in a low profile LED surface mount or recess mount to contour the shape of your emergency vehicle. These models come standard with a chrome bezel and are available with an optional white or black bezel. The surface models provide an impressive 20,000 lumens of light and are available as 12/24 VDC. Portable Commander Series The portable Commander Series models can be moved to a specific location with the use of the rubber molded handle. This handle stays cool when the lamp head is illuminated. A variety of lighting mounts are also available to suit your emergency scene. Portable models provide up to an impressive 28,000 lumens of light.

The lower guards are made of heavy-duty seven-gauge steel horizontal bars. DFC Series lower guards are designed to bolt directly to a DFC Series Push Bumper for the best PIT maneuver possible.

Upper Guard Option The upper guard option offers additional protection to the front end as well as headlight protection. The upper guards are made from eleven-gauge galvanized steel that is treated with a textured powder coat for protection against rust. The upper guards bolt directly to the push bumper and lower guards, allowing for an easier installation.

FEATURES An Added Rear Lighting Solution The MicroPulse Ultra D-Pillar Lighting System improves traffic safety by providing an additional rear warning to the vehicle's exterior. The complete D-Pillar lighting system includes six MPS6U tri-color light heads, two shroud/bracket assemblies, two harnesses, and one EXPMOD24 Expansion Module. Ease of Installing The preassembled D-Pillar system with pre-terminated MPS6U light heads creates a faster and simple installation for the installer. 3M VHB tape assists in mounting the shrouds to the vehicle. Each D-Pillar Lighting system is specific to the vehicle's make and model. Highly Effective Warning Light Capability The D-Pillar lighting system is assembled with MicroPulse Ultra light heads containing advanced high-output LEDs. The MicroPulse Ultra lens is made of UV-resistant polycarbonate to protect against harsh conditions. Certified to meet IP67, MicroPulse Ultra perimeter lights have a fully encapsulated water-proof housing that provides a barrier against dust, moisture, and water. The MicroPulse Ultra D-Pillars are controlled by a Convergence Network/FSJoin siren or controller that can be programmed through the Convergence Network Configuration Software to provide customizable control capability. The standard tri-color MicroPulse Ultras allow full customization of flash patterns and auxiliary signals such as brake, reverse (when ordered as Red/Blue/White), and turn signals (when ordered as Red/Blue/Amber).

FEATURES Approval • SAE J1849 Completely Redesigned The e-Q2B® includes 200 W Class D audio amplifier for increased reliability and external diagnostics to monitor power, output voltage and current monitoring. Features include park kill input, which immediately shuts off the siren when vehicle is in park and horn ring input which allows the user to cycle through siren tones. The e-Q2B also has an audio output to work with the Federal Signal Rumbler Traffic Clearing System. Improved Amplifier Using DSP circuitry, the e-Q2B amplifier is able to accurately reproduce the trademarked “Q” wail rather than relying on a simple digital recording. DSP also enables the product to function either manually or automatically for hands-free operations (Horn Ring Transfer). The new Class D engineered system reduces operating current to 20 A and provides for a more robust, reliable system. Improved Keypad The push-button backlit, membrane switches and robust rubberized knob provide tactile feel to easily activate siren tones, air horn, PA and radio rebroadcast. In addition, the detachable push-to-talk microphone can be easily removed and replaced with customized plug. Volume control for microphone is located directly on the keypad for added convenience. Optional Siren Control Three external inputs allow for the use of externally configured foot switches to control manual wail, brake and air horn.
