The PH4 Tactical Carrier [PH4] is available in Ballistic, Spike, and Multi-Threat soft armor packages.  The carrier is equipped with top-loading front and rear 10×12” plate pockets. Constructed of durable 1000 denier Cordura nylon with urethane/water-repellent coating for durability. Features a large front utility pocket.  Front and rear 4×11″ VELCRO® brand loop for ID attachment (ID’s sold separately). The PH4 is equipped with a rear drag strap for emergency extraction and telescoping padded shoulders for added comfort and weight distribution.  The fully adjustable cummerbund is available in three sizes (short, regular, or long) and accepts optional soft armor panels. The carrier is a one-size-fits-all design with two carrier length options (regular or long).

The PH4 First Responder Tactical Carrier [PH4.FR] is available in Ballistic, Spike, and Multi-Threat soft armor packages.  The carrier is equipped with top-loading front and rear 10×12” plate pockets. Constructed of durable 1000 denier Cordura nylon with urethane/water-repellent coating for durability. Features 360 degrees of 3″ reflective taping and large front utility pocket.  Available in Black, Red, Ranger Green, Dark Navy, Coyote, and Royal Blue.

The PH4 First Responder Tactical Carrier MOLLE [PH4.FRM] is available in Ballistic, Spike, and Multi-Threat soft armor packages.  The carrier is equipped with top-loading front and rear 10×12” plate pockets. Constructed of durable 1000 denier Cordura nylon with urethane/water-repellent coating for durability. Available in Black, Red, Ranger Green, Dark Navy, Coyote, and Royal Blue.

Constructed from a combination of 1000 and 500 denier Cordura Nylon fabric with durable urethane and water-repellant coating. 4×10″ VELCRO® brand loop for front and rear ID patches (X-Small/Small offer 3×9″ patch). Top-loading pocket for 10×12″ hard armor plates with internal plate-leveling systems (X-Small/Small accept 8×10″ plates). Pockets front and rear for special threat plates. Spacer mesh and additional padding on body side of vest for ventilation and cooling. Fully adjustable shoulders. Expansive MOLLE attachment coverage for pouches and accessories. Rear extraction strap. Front kangaroo pocket. Integrated communications/hydration channel. Internal panel suspension system for proper alignment. Body-side elastic cummerbund to securely hold vest in proper alignment. FMJ Romanian Tokarev rounds.  NIJ test protocol certifies models to specific performance standards, while special threat testing uses the same facilities and conditions to test popular rounds specific to regional threats.  Available in male, structured and non-structured female designs.
