Please note that the measurement sheet is required for each individual when placing an order that includes panels, carriers, or packages. Failure to provide the proper measurement sheet will result in a delay in processing your order. If you require the current measurement sheet, please contact us. It is important only qualified personnel perform the measurements.

If the armor does not fit and was not measured by a representative of our company or the manufacturer, charges will apply for alterations. Items must be returned within 7 days for alteration at no charge if applicable.. Please be aware that these items are made to order by the manufacturer and typically have a lead time of 6-8 weeks after receipt of order (ARO).

Once an order has been placed, armor cannot be returned or canceled. Please also note that the pricing shown does not cover larger or tall sizes, nor does it cover shipping costs. A revised Sales Acknowledgement will be sent after order entry from measurement sheets that will include final cost and upcharges based on selections.

It is important to note that soft armor panels and ceramic plates are considered restricted items and are not sold to civilians by SCI-2-WAY.
